Work as a strategic partner with technology & product teams to build software for small & medium businesses, helping turn problems and conceptual ideas into valuable solutions. I’ve led user research & design efforts for two products:
- Lighthouse 360: patient communication software for dental practices.
- TORCHx: marketing & CRM software for real estate agents.
November 2014 - January 2016
Worked with a team of designers and developers to redesign BBDO’s global website and create a local website template for international BBDO offices. I also led user research, usability testing and the creation of design deliverables in various client-facing projects for brands including Pedigree, M&M’s, Lowe’s and Bacardi.
June 2014 - November 2014
Collaborated with designers and business analysts to create wireframes and high-fidelity visual mockups of web & mobile applications for cultural institutions and clients in the insurance & telecommunications industries.

My responsibilities included community management, creating content, copywriting, analyzing data, executing digital strategies and managing relationships for global clients including Mattel, The Guardian, Thomson Reuters and the International Olympic Committee.
